Horse Leasing Program
Leasing is a great way to get extra riding mileage and spend more time with a specific horse
without the commitment of purchasing.
Half Lease
Rider may ride leased horse 3x per week including lessons if desired (lessons not included in the price of lease, rider must be in weekly lessons, riders are not allowed to jump outside of lessons).
Rider has priority to ride horse during lesson and first pick to take to shows.
PRICE: $250/month + 50% farrier ($20 trims , $40-$50 shoes depending on horse). Available in 1, 3, 6, or 12 month terms and may be cancelled with 30 day notice.
Full Lease
Rider may ride any day per week including lesson times (lessons not included in the price of lease, riders must be in weekly lessons, riders are not allowed to jump outside of lessons).
Rider has priority to ride horse during every lesson and first pick to take to shows.
PRICE: $425/month + 100% Farrier ($40 trims, $85-$100 shoes depending on horse). Available in 1, 3, 6, or 12 month terms and may be cancelled with 30 day notice.

- PIPPA, Tb mare. Available for half or full lease.
We can also find an off property lease to suit the rider’s needs. Lease prices for off property leases vary and leasee will be responsible for lease fee(s) + stall board.
